Louis Omer-Decugis Foundation
The Louis Omer-Decugis Foundation is located at the Paris-Rungis International Market, at the headquarters of the Omer-Decugis & Cie Group, 1 place Paul Omer-Decugis.
It is administered by a Board of Directors, which guarantees its proper functioning and is composed of nine members appointed for five-year terms.
Among them, two members represent the employees of the Group, three members represent the founders and four members are qualified individuals.
The Board of Directors defines the Foundation’s general trajectories and approves its budget and financial statements.

The Foundation’s activities are managed by a multidisciplinary team of Group employees (administration, country coordination, research programme coordination, communication, accounting, etc.) who give it life on a daily basis through the skills sponsorship programme developed by the Group. On average, the Group’s skills sponsorship programme represents 150 FTE (Full Time Equivalent) days per year.
